Taking the bus here is great since the views are always amazing. (That was true while we we´re still in the Andes at least.) On our way to Mindo to see Birds and Butterflies, we encountered great sights such as this. Also, bag burgelers. They took our bags when we got on the bus, put them under our seats, and before we could taken them out again, our water bottles, one set of binoculars, and Gillian´s rain coat had left us for an Ecuadorian thief - an affair to remember indeed!
On every bus, there is the driver and the guy who yells out the window and takes you money. Gillian and I suspect bus man number 2 was in on the robbery.
So many stray dogs around in all these towns. No one nuders them andit´s illeagl to kill them. This little guy reminded us that there is more to life than things... We wanted to own him.
